How to use a creamy highlighter? It is very easy to use a highlighter. Apply the colour directly on cheekbones or the desired area and blend with your fingertips, a brush or a makeup sponge. Ready! You can apply the multi-purpose highlighters for example on your cheekbones, lips and eyelids.
