Same account and login details
The username and password for your account will stay the same as in our old shop. All your information has been moved from the old webshop to the new one. Your bonus points have also been transferred to the new webshop and have the same validity period as before.
Your membership level remains the same as in the old one. If you become a Gold customer within the first few days after we launch our new site, your account will be upgraded within a few days, and the Gold status will only then be visible on My Pages. But don't worry, all your purchases are registered.
There will be some delay in showing your purchase history, and you will be able to see your previous orders in My Pages within a few days.
Bonus shop
You still get 10 bonus points for every euro you spend. You get bonus points according to the total sum on your order and you can use them immediately or save for later. You choose bonus products in our Bonus Shop, which you find in your cart or at checkout.
Product reviews
From now on, it is only possible to write product comments on products that you bought in our webshop. Log in and go to your previous purchases on My pages to see all the products you can review. If you have questions about how the product should be used, please contact our skin care experts in customer service and we will help you. Please note that orders placed before August 2022 can no longer be seen in the purchase history on My Pages.
