<h3>In general</h3>

<p>Dermosil.fi sell and deliver Dermosil products in Finland. Our other webshops, dermosil.se, dermosil.ee, and dermosil.com sell Dermosil products to Sweden, Estonia, and within the EU.</p>

<p>To make an order you don&#39;t need to register or log in. To earn bonus points from your order and be able to use the benefits from our customer loyalty programme you need to log in to our webshop with your username and password.&nbsp;</p>

<p>We can&#39;t guarantee that all products are in stock, you can check the availability of the products in our webshop, dermosil.com. The order is processed by the availability of the products at the time of order. Unfortunately we don&#39;t offer post-delivery.</p>

<p>All our prices are in euro and include VAT. &nbsp;We reserve the right to adjust price and sales days. We can raise or lowen the prices on the products, but the price stated at the time of order is always the correct price for the customer. At checkout you can see the total sum of the order, including VAT and possible delivery costs. A guardian needs to make the orders for persons under the age of 18. Dermosil products are sold only for personal use and not for resale. We sell our products straight to private customers or people who order in a group.</p>

<h3>Order and payment</h3>

<p>When your order has been registered, you&#39;ll get order confirmation to the e-mail address that you have given in your order details.</p>

The payments in the EU-shop is handled via Kustom&acute;s checkout.</p>

<h3>Kustom</h3>

<p>We, Dermoshop Ltd, use the Kustom Checkout service to manage your purchase in our store. Kustom Checkout is an independent checkout solution provided by Kustom AB, through which payment methods and delivery options are made available.&nbsp;Kustom is not a bank and does not process payments directly; Kustom provides the interface and logic that displays the available payment methods. When you use the checkout to finalise your purchase, you are offered different payment options. These payment methods are handled by separate service providers depending on which option you choose at the time of purchase. For payment, you will be directed to the payment service provider&rsquo;s site &ndash; such as Klarna, card payment or Google Pay &ndash; where you complete the transaction.&nbsp;To simplify your shopping experience, Kustom Checkout automatically fills in your details if you have saved them or entered them previously in Kustom Checkout.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Kustom does not carry out credit checks. Instead, the provider of the payment method you select may perform one. By clicking the &ldquo;Pay purchase&rdquo; button at checkout, you accept our terms as well as Kustom&rsquo;s terms of use and confirm that you have reviewed Kustom&rsquo;s privacy notice.You can find more information about how Kustom processes your data and manages the checkout process in the terms of use and privacy policy. <a href="https://www.kustom.co/legal">They can be found here</a>.</p>

<p>Stripe securely processes all payments made through Kustom Checkout. This applies to all available payment methods. Stripe is a regulated entity in Europe and has been authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland (reference number: C187865) as an Electronic Money Institution (EMI). It is legally permitted to issue electronic money, execute payment transactions, issue payment instruments and acquire transactions. <p><b>Available payment methods<br />
Klarna</b><br />
With Klarna, you can choose to pay immediately, buy now and pay later, or pay in instalments &ndash; depending on what Klarna offers for your purchase. When you choose Klarna, Klarna Bank AB manages the payment process, including any credit checks and invoicing. We, Dermoshop Ltd, receive the payment from Klarna, and you pay Klarna according to their terms. More information about Klarna can be found <a href="https://www.klarna.com">here</a>. Klarna processes your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Klarna&rsquo;s privacy policy.</p>

<p><b>Klarna payment methods</b><br />
Invoice: The payment period is 30 days from product delivery. You can review Klarna invoice terms here.<br />
Flexible instalments: You can pay your purchase in monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the outstanding amount (always at least &euro;5 including interest on the remaining balance).<br />
Fixed instalments: You can choose from different monthly instalment options at checkout. Instalments decrease monthly as the remaining credit amount decreases. The terms for flexible and fixed instalments and the Standard European Consumer Credit Information can be found here.</p>

<p>If you have chosen Klarna Invoice as your payment method, you will find the invoice in the Klarna app or receive it by email. For possible issues related to payments through Klarna, Klarna customer service will assist you. If you have questions about payment, please contact Klarna or call Klarna customer service at +358 9 425 99&nbsp;771. You can always see your purchases and invoices on your Klarna account pages. If you have selected Klarna as the payment option and for some reason the payment fails, please note that we cannot process your order.</p>

<p><b>Cards</b><br />
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard and American Express debit or credit cards. The payment is securely processed by Stripe through the Kustom Checkout solution. All card data is transmitted encrypted and handled according to the PCI DSS security standard. Kustom never stores your card details.</p>

<p><b>Google Pay</b><br />
With Google Pay, you can pay using cards stored in the Google Wallet service. Google Pay uses tokenisation and multiple security layers (such as encryption and biometric authentication or PIN). Your actual card number is never shared with us at Dermoshop Ltd, with Kustom, or with Stripe. To display the Google Pay button, a technical script is loaded from Google. This may use technical cookies or local storage for fraud prevention.</p>

<p><b>Payment security</b><br />
All payments made through Kustom Checkout are fully encrypted and comply with European security requirements, including PSD2 and Strong Customer Authentication (SCA). Kustom does not store your card details. All card data is encrypted (SSL) and processed by payment providers according to PCI DSS standards. Strong customer authentication (e.g., 3D Secure, BankID) may also be required depending on the chosen payment method.</p>

<p><b>Cancelled orders online</b><br />
If your order has been cancelled because not all products were in stock, the funds will be refunded to you through Kustom. The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds are usually processed within 1&ndash;3 business days.</p>

<p><b>Data protection and cookies</b><br />
Kustom may use cookies to autofill your personal data (such as name, address or personal identification number) at checkout, based on the information you have chosen to save. This information may be retrieved from us or our partners. You can disable autofill at any time by adjusting your settings during the purchase, contacting us, or clearing cookies from your device. You can find Kustom&rsquo;s privacy policy here. Kustom, Stripe and each payment provider &ndash; such as Klarna, MobilePay and Google Pay &ndash; act as separate data controllers for their respective processing activities. We at Dermoshop Ltd never store card numbers or card data.</p>

<h3>Additions to an order</h3>

<p>You cannot change or add products to an existing order. If you want to add something to your order, we recommend you to place a new order. A charge of 5.90&euro; for shipping and handling will then be added if your new order is under 100&euro;.</p>

<h3>Campaign code</h3>

<p>Campaign products can&#39;t be added to an order that has been made. If there are several active campaign codes during the sales period, you can only use one code at a time together with your order.</p>

<h3>Delivery time</h3>

<p>We offer our customers quick delivery. Depending on the method of delivery selected, the delivery will take place in 5&ndash;7 working days. We will notify of any deviation in delivery time via the online store. Notice also that the delivery time may vary depending on where in Europe your parcel is being delivered.</p>

<h3>Delivery method and costs</h3>

<p>There is no minimum order amount in the online store. All orders above 100&euro; will be sent without delivery fee. For orders below 100&euro;, the delivery cost is 5.90&euro;.&nbsp;</p>

<p>If a customer places many orders to the same address within a few days, we reserve the right to deliver them in the same parcel.</p>

<h3>GLS Finland Euro Business Parcel</h3>

<p>The deliveries to all other countries we send to the recipient with GLS Finland. The parcel service that we are using is called GLS Finland Euro Business Parcel and the parcels are dealt out as home delivery directly to your home address. You as customer can yourself change your delivery to pickup-point delivery if this is more suitable than home delivery for you. This you can do after the parcel has left our warehouse.&nbsp;<br />

This is how delivery takes place to an automated parcel locker&nbsp;</p>

	<li>You will receive an sms with a code to open the automated parcel locker.<br />
	When your parcel arrives to the automated parcel locker you have chosen, you will receive information about this via an sms. Save the message, you will need it to retrieve the parcel. The parcel is kept in the automated parcel locker for 7 days.</li>
	<li>At the automated parcel locker: Select &ldquo;Receive parcel&rdquo;.<br />
	Enter the code that you received in the sms. The automated parcel locker notifies in which box the parcel is located. Press &ldquo;Open box&rdquo; to open the box.</li>
</ol>

<h3><br />
Right of withdrawal</h3>

<p>You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your parcel. You can exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting our customer service. The item must, however, be unused. The item must be returned no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notification has been made. You will receive your refund no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the order. We have the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first. The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the order. This will not incur any additional fees for you.</p>

<h3>Product warranty and returns</h3>

<p>Dermoshop offers a full product warranty. You can exchange a defective product for a new, flawless one. You also have the right to return the product within three months from the date of purchase. Only the product price, not the shipping costs, will be refunded for returned items. If the total amount of the original invoice falls below 100 euros after the return, Dermoshop reserves the right to charge the customer for shipping costs, &euro;5.90. If you return your entire order, you are required to return any received bonus products.</p>

<p>The product warranty applies only to Dermosil&#39;s own products, their contents, and their original packaging. We do not take responsibility for other defective, broken, or damaged products that have been used together with our original products, their contents, or product packaging. Dermosil Christmas Calendar can be returned if the calendar&#39;s doors are unopened.</p>

<p>We do not compensate for product defects resulting from customer negligence. After receiving the products, it is the customer&#39;s responsibility to ensure that the product is flawless and to ensure that the products are used and stored properly.</p>
